Frequently Asked Questions
- Who is considered a "resident"?
A resident here at the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center is anyone who lives within St. George, Santa Clara or Ivins. Those three respective cities contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the facility through taxes. To express our gratitude, we offer residents of these cities a slightly reduced rate.
- Do you provide lifejackets at the facility?
Yes! We offer lifejackets free of charge. Please feel free to use ours or bring your own, so long as they are US Coast Guard approved. Please note, any child 3 years of age or younger must wear a lifejacket at the facility. Any child who struggles to swim must also wear a lifejacket. This rule is in place to protect the safety of all. This rule may be applied at the staff's discretion.
- Can I receive a refund?
All transactions are final. Once a payment has been made, we are unable to return the funds. Please speak with our staff regarding the possibility of receiving credit toward future use of the facility or another city-run recreation facility. We are not liable for any circumstances beyond our control. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding our refund policy.

All patrons 13 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older for the duration of their visit to the facility. There is no height limit for our attractions. Use of any attraction is based upon the safety of the individual and may change as circumstances dictate. Staff may prohibit use of any attraction at their discretion.
