Steve Brough

Steve Brough is an Executive Vice President and Sr. Director of the Utah South Commercial Banking Group for Zions Bank. Brough oversees all aspects of commercial lending in the southern half of Utah, from Utah County to the state’s southern border.

Before being named EVP in 2020, Brough led Zions Bank’s commercial banking efforts across Washington, Kane, and Iron counties. Since joining Zions Bank in 1999, he has worked in both retail and commercial operations in both St. George and Salt Lake City.

Brough holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University, an MBA from Utah State University, and recently graduated from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking with a Leadership Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Active in his community, Steve serves as the Chair of the St. George Art Museum’s Advisory Committee, a member of the St. George Area Economic Development Executive Board, Co-Chair of the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors, a mentor at Dixie State University’s Atwood Innovation Plaza, and as a member of the St. George Arts Commission.

Brough and his wife, Crystal, are residents of St. George and have three children. In his spare time, Brough enjoys the outdoors, nature photography, sporting activities, arts and community events, and spending time with family.
