Course: A 50-mile team relay from Gunlock Reservoir to Sand Hollow Reservoir. The running route will take runners through scenic landscapes of Southern Utah along city trail systems and back roads.

Teams: Teams will consist of 5 people (Open Men, Open Women, and Co-Ed) with each individual completing a minimum of two legs (roughly 5 miles each) of the relay. For the co-ed team, you need at least 2 women on the team. There will also be 2-person teams as well as an Ultra event. 

Banquet: Post relay events will consist of a full banquet at the Dixie Center on Saturday Night, March 3, 2018 at 7 pm. This will include dinner, an awards ceremony, slideshow, and a prize drawing! Additional Banquet tickets are available for purchase from the St. George Recreation Center (285 S. 400 E.) or at the captain's meeting. Prices are as follows: $12 for children (6-18yrs) and $15 for adults (19 & up). Kids 5 and under are free. If seats are available, you may purchase tickets at the door.

Captains' Meeting: will take place during Packet Pickup on Friday, March 3rd, 2018 from 6-8 pm. Packet pickup will be from 6-9pm at the St. George Recreation Center, 285 S. 400 E, St. George. Captain attendance is mandatory as this will be the time to ask questions.   

Awards: Top 3 overall co-ed teams; Top 3 overall men's teams; Top 3 overall women's teams; Top 3 overall 2-person teams; Top 3 overall Ultra Runners. All finishers get a finisher medal.

They are discouraged because the course is an open course at parts, but they are allowed. Just be carefull!!
No, baby strollers are not allowed on this course. Children may attend the banquet but we ask that any children on the course be kept in the support vehicles. 
Clothing retrieval will be provided for the first leg only. It will be available for pickup at the second leg.
Yes. The maximum number of people on one team is 5 for adults, 10 for children. You can have less than that on your team but the price will remain the same. 
Shirts will likely be short sleeve A4 Tech shirts. Mens, womens and youth sizes are available. This is subject to change based on availability.

The banquet is the reception for the Lake to Lake participants that follow the event on Saturday. It is at the Dixie Convention Center. There will be food, awards ceremony, prize drawings and a slideshow.  Each person registered gets a banquet ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased ahead of time at the St. George Recreation Center, at the Captain's Meeting, and if there are enough seats available, at the door to the event. Prices: 5 and under, free; 6-18 years old, $12; over 18, $15. 
No. Dogs are not permitted on any of our courses. If you bring your dog with the intention of having it run with you, you will be asked to leave. It's not that we aren't dog people but even the friendliest of dogs still bite and we want to ensure the safety of all of our runners and spectators. For that reason, we will also ask anyone with a dog in the finish area to leave as well. 
Yes. Participants have 11 hours to finish the event- the race starts at 7 am and all runners must be done by 6 pm or will be removed from the course. 
The support vehicle for the team can remove that team member and a new member can start running in their place. Additionally, SGR Support Vehicles will be on the course monitoring runners. If they see a runner who is not doing well, they will remove the runner and bring them to the finish line. There, another member of their team can be picked up and brought to the spot where the individual was removed to continue the event.
