Summer Send Off is a 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U Tournament. Tournament start time will be based on how many teams register. Plan accordingly. Schedules will be emailed out and posted on the website by Thursday/Friday the week before the tournament. Make reservation for hotels as soon as possible as September is a busy month. Please support sponsoring hotels as they help keep the cost of the tournament low by providing free hotel rooms to the umpires. The tournament is a four-game guarantee ran on Friday and Saturday. Teams must turn their rosters and pickup there tournament packet one hour prior to their first game at the complex that your first game is schedule at. Coaches must have their badges displayed while on the fields. The city fields very seldom rain out as our fields are built to drain effectively. The city reserves the right to postpone, delay, or reschedule the tournament for later that day or later that weekend but if for any reason the city must cancel the tournament, the following rain out policy applies: Teams still in tournament will be credited 1/4 of the early-bird registration fee for each and every game less than four that they have played at the time the tournament is cancelled.
Yes you can, but it is not guaranteed. We will try and accommodate the requests, but remember they are just requests.
Rosters are available on the ASA site at www.registerasa.com. Fill it out online. There is no need to bring a printed version to the tournament as a USA representative will have access to all the rosters online.
It depends on the number of teams that sign up but typical start times are around 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
I would book as early as possible as February is a busy month down here and rooms go fast.
On the Wednesday or Thursday, a week and a half before the tournament.
