Frequently Asked Questions

Curiosity Club is a program designed for children ages 3-6 years old. During our “meetings” we explore different topics through games, learning activities and/or arts and craft activities.
Curiosity Club is held at the Tonaquint Nature Center through August-May and the St. George Social Hall during June and July.
City of St. George makes every effort to accommodate all children. If your child has special needs, please contact us at recreate@sgcity.org before registration to discuss what needs your child has. The City do not provide special aides, however, if your child has an aid, the city welcomes their attendance at the program.
No. Unfortunately, The city does repeat the same activities during the 10:30 am and 1:30 pm time slots and the city does NOT want your child to be bored.
Children should be able to sit still and quietly for up to 10 minutes while the Youth Program Leader presents directions on the next activity.
It is $20 per child for a 4-week session. It is $5 per child during the June and July sessions (single day sessions are conducted during the summer months).
Once sessions are full, they will not be visible as a choice when registering.
The only thing your child will need to bring is a sense of adventure.
Unfortunately, there are no make-up classes. If there are handouts from a missed class, your child will be given them on the day he/she returns.
No, the city does not provide snacks during the program.
