NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE, IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS (IFFP) AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES (IFA) RELATED TO PARKS & RECREATION, POLICE, FIRE/EMS, TRANSPORTATION, WATER, SEWER, STORM AND ENERGY SERVICES

 

The City of St. George, located in Washington County, Utah serving development within the City’s current municipal boundaries and impact fee service areas, intends to adopt impact fee facilities plans (IFFP) and impact fee analyses (IFA), and enact impact fees related to Parks & Recreation, Police, Fire/EMS, Transportation, Water, Sewer, Storm and Energy Services. Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing at 5:00pm on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at St. George City Council Chambers (175 E. 200 N., St. George, UT 84770). Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plans, Impact Fee Analyses, and the Impact Fee Ordinance are available for public review beginning Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the public libraries at 88 W. 100 S., St. George UT and 1099 N. Lava Flow Dr., St. George, UT; and on the City’s website at www.sgcity.org. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
