PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold electronic public hearings on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:

 

A request for a zone change for the River Trail Townhomes. The applicant is proposing to change the zoning on the property from its current designation of R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential) to PD-R (Planned Development – Residential) with the intent of building eleven three-plex and two four plex units on the site. The property is generally located at 1400 East Riverside Drive. Case No. 2020-ZC-019.

 

Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by Governor Gary Herbert on March 18, 2020 regarding Electronic Public Meetings, please be advised that the St. George Planning Commission meeting will be held electronically. An anchor location will be located at the St. George City Hall Council Chambers located at 175 E 200 N, St. George, Utah. Due to recommendations from the State of Utah and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, electronic attendance/participation is strongly encouraged as space at the anchor location will be limited.
