Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold an electronic Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1.                  HILLSIDE PERMIT (HS)

 

Consider a request for a Hillside Development Permit to allow development of an eighteen (18) lot single family housing subdivision to be called “Desert Reserve Phase 1.”  The property is on 3.97 acres and is located east of the proposed Desert Cliffs residential project. This area is a part of the Desert Canyons Master Plan. The property is zoned PD-R (Planned Development Residential). The applicant is Development Solutions and the representative is Ken Miller. Case No. 2020-HS-006. (Staff – Wes Jenkins)

 

2.                  PRELIMINARY PLATS (PP)

 

A.    Consider a preliminary plat for an eighteen (18) lot residential subdivision for “Desert Reserve Phase 1.” The site is located at approximately Desert Canyons east and Desert Cliffs. The property is located on 3.97 acres and is zoned PD-R (Planned Development Residential). The applicant is Development Solutions and the representative is Ken Miller. Case No. 2020-PP-019. B.     Consider a preliminary plat for a one (1) lot commercial subdivision for “Auburn Hills” The site is located at approximately Fire Sky Drive and Carnelian Parkway. The property is on 3.77 acres and is zoned PD-C (Planned Development Commercial). The applicant is Bob Hermandson, Bush & Gudgell. Case No. 2020-PP-017. (Staff – Wes Jenkins)

 

 

3.                  CITY COUNCIL ACTIONS – May 7, 2020

The Community Development Director will report on the items heard at City Council from the May 7th meeting. Note: This was an electronic ‘Zoom’ meeting.
