CDBG Funding Application Workshop 2020

The City of St. George uses its annual CDBG allocation to fund projects and activities undertaken by city departments and community-based non-profit agencies specifically to address the housing and community development needs of low- and moderate-income persons. CDBG funding may be used for a variety of activities to meet HUD statutory goals including but not limited to:

  • Fair housing counseling;
  • Services for senior citizens;
  • Down payment assistance;
  • Employment services;
  • Services for homeless persons;
  • Infrastructure improvements;
  • Neighborhood facilities;
  • Handicapped accessibility improvements

All potential applicants are required to attend the CDBG Funding Application Workshop.
