ADDENDUM TO THE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA

OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE,

WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH

 

Public Notice

 

Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the St. George City Office, Administrative Conference Room, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, November 14, 2019 commencing at 4:00 p.m.

 

The addendum to the agenda is as follows:

 

1.            Consider approval of a Development Agreement for Partial Occupancy of the Zion Brewery - Station II, located at 142 North Main Street

 

BACKGROUND and RECOMMENDATION:  The developer is requesting occupancy of the first floor of Zion Brewery - Station II. The agreement allows occupancy of the first floor, upon fulfillment of life-safety requirements. Staff recommends approval of the agreement.
