Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1. SHARED PARKING (SHP)
Consider a shared parking request to allow the operation of a comedy club and special events center during evening hours using shared parking spaces in a commercial center. 2. ZONE CHANGE (ZC) (Public Hearing)

Consider an eighty-four (84) lot amended residential preliminary plat for “Cascata at Divario.” Located southwest of the intersection of Sunbrook Drive and Plantations Drive.
