Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1. ZONE CHANGE (ZC) (Public Hearing)
Consider a zone change from RE-12.5 to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) on approximately 0.44 acres. This property is generally located at 1800 East 1030 North. The representative is Ryan Scholes. Case No. 2019-ZC-028 (Staff – Carol Davidson)
2. HILLSIDE PERMIT (HS)
Consider a request for a Hillside Development Permit to allow installation of a pool in the rear yard of Lot 604 in the Stone Cliff subdivision. 3. FINAL PLAT (FP)
Consider a nineteen (19) lot residential final subdivision plat for “Redhawk.” The property is located at 2409 E Dinosaur Crossing Drive. The property is zoned PD-R (Planned Development Residential).
