PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:

 

Zone change from R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) to R-1-7 (Single Family Residential, minimum lot size 7,000 sq ft) on approximately 61.67 acres. This property is generally located west of Plantations Drive and north of 730 South Street on the City border in the Divario Ridge subdivision.

 

Zone change from A-1 (Agricultural, minimum lot size 40,000 square feet) to R-1-8 (Single Family Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet) on approximately 55.22 acres. This property is generally located east of 3350 East Street and north of the existing Teakwood subdivision.

 

Zone change from A-1 (Agricultural, minimum lot size 40,000 square feet) to R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) on approximately 4.77 acres. This property is generally located on 3210 East Street south of 2000 S. Street.

 

Zone change amendment to develop Lot 5 of the “Boulder Creek Crossing” commercial subdivision and construct on it a professional building for either retail or office space use. The property is zoned PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) and is on approximately 0.61 acres. This property is generally located at approximately 1455 South River Road.

 

Zone change amendment to re-design “Paparazzi Warehouse #2” by adding a 3rd floor office area to the previously approved warehouse building.

The property is zoned PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) is in Phase 2 and is on approximately 14.7 acres. This property is generally located south of 4771 South Astragalus Drive and south of the existing 1st warehouse.

 

Zone change amendment for the Green Valley Spa Planned Development to create a use list for the existing commercial buildings. This property is generally located at 1871 West Canyon View Drive.

 

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
