Public Notice

A notice is hereby given that on April 4, 2019, from 10:00 am – 11:30 am, the City of St. George’s Community Development Department will be holding a funding workshop to provide an overview of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and how it will make CDBG funds available to applicants which have activities that meet the funding criteria of the program. Each year the City receives approximately $590,000 in CDBG federal funds and community partnership is integral to meeting the needs of the City’s citizens. This funding workshop will detail eligible and in-eligible activities, the application and approval process, working with grant funds, monitoring and reporting and any questions applicants may have.  The funding workshop will be located at:
