A notice is hereby given that from March 11, 2019 to April 11, 2019 the City of St. George’s Community Development Department will be conducting an online Community Survey in an effort to obtain public input and comments for the City’s five-year 2019-2023 Consolidated Plan and for federal funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Consolidated Plan is an assessment of affordable housing or community development needs within the jurisdiction and serves as the framework for identifying program priorities and goals. Each year the City receives approximately $590,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) federal funds and this survey will help EHD to assess housing and community development needs in the City of St. George.
