Mayor Pike called the meeting to order and welcomed all in attendance. The invocation was offered by Larry Meyers from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Hughes.
The Mayor and Councilmembers spoke about events that are taking place in the near future.
DISCUSSION REGARDING THE NAMING OF ROADS AT TECH RIDGE:
Dave Nilsson with Tech Ridge, LLC provided a map outlining the existing and proposed names. The Mayor and Council would like him to reach out to Kelle Stephens, President of the Dixie Applied Technical College.
UPDATE ON PROPOSED REVISIONS TO TITLE 10 OF CITY CODE:

Councilmember Arial left the meeting at approximately 6:30.
A discussion took place regarding Code Enforcement issues and who the Council would like to hear input from on the proposed changes.

ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION:
MOTION: A motion was made by Councilmember Randall to adjourn to a closed session to discuss potential property purchase.
SECOND: The motion was seconded by Councilmember Hughes.
VOTE: Mayor Pike called for a roll call vote, as follows:

Councilmember Baca – aye
The vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
