Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
General Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 0.81 acres. The property is generally located along Canyon View Drive.
Zone Change from RE-20 (Residential Estates 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to OS (Open Space) on approximately 3.037 acres located at approximately 3900 Quarry Ridge Drive.
Zone change from PD-R (Planned Development Residential) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 6.04 acres located at approximately 415 South Dixie Drive behind the old Moore Business Forms building (Sunbrook Ranch).
Public Utility Easement Vacation/Subdivision Plat Amendment. Consider vacating a public utility and drainage easement located at 1109 East and 400 South St., Mesa Villas Condominiums, to add three building units.
Public Street Name Change/Roadway Amendment. Consider changing the name of "Astragalus Drive" to "Desert Color Parkway" located near Exit 2 (I-15 & Southern Parkway).
Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
