PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 4:00 PM to consider the following:

 

General Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 0.81 acres.  The property is generally located along Canyon View Drive.

 

General Plan Amendment from FP (Floodplain), VLDR (Very Low Density Residential), and PF (Public Facility) to LDR (Low Density Residential) on approximately 20.2 acres located east of the Ft. Pierce wash and west of the existing Meadow Valley Farms subdivision.

 

General Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to COM (Commercial) on approximately 1.0 acre located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Riverside Drive and River Road.

 

General Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to COM (Commercial) on approximately 36.90 acres and MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 30 acres located south of Canyon View Drive and west of  Cottonwood Cove Park along Dixie Drive.

 

General Plan Amendment from COM (Commercial), FP (Floodplain), OS (Open Space), LDR (Low Density Residential), and MDR (Medium Density Residential) to OS (Open Space), LDR (Low Density Residential), MDR (Medium Density Residential), and MHDR (Medium High Density Residential) on approximately 100.14 acres located in the unincorporated land at approximately 1500 South Dixie Drive.

 

Zone Change from RE-20 (Residential Estates 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to OS (Open Space) on approximately 3.037 acres located at approximately 3900 Quarry Ridge Drive.

 

Zone Change from A-20 (Agricultural 20 acre lot sizes) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 12.10 acres for an apartment project, 14.89 acres for a townhome project, and 16.79 acres for a twin home project.  The proposal is located at approximately 2780 East Mall Drive.

 

Zone Change from M-1 (Industrial) to C-3 (General Commercial) on approximately 3.15 acres located at the southeast corner of 3050 East and 750 North.

 

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
