Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1.                  CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS (CUP)

               

A.    Consider a request to place a one hundred foot (100’) tall flag pole on City property near an existing water tank at the top of Main Street near Brooks Nature Pond. The zoning is R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) and the applicant is Craig Booth. Case No. 2018-CUP-003. (Staff – Ray Snyder)

 

B.     Consider a request to construct a 3-storyMixed Use’(commercial and residential) building in the C-4 commercial zone on approximately 0.80 acres that will exceed the allowable height of 35 ft. unless a conditional use permit is approved by the City Council. 2.                  BUILDING DESIGN CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN (BDCSP)
