PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 5:30 PM to consider the following:

 

A. General Plan Amendment from MDR (Medium Density Residential) and OS (Open Space) to OS (Open Space) on approximately 68.42 acres, FP (Floodplain), OS (Open Space), LDR (Low Density Residential), and MDR (Medium Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 65.2 acres, FP (Floodplain), OS (Open Space), and LDR (Low Density Residential) to MHDR (Medium High Density Residential) on approximately 20.21 acres, and FP (Floodplain), OS (Open Space), and LDR (Low Density Residential) to IND (Industrial) on approximately 32.12 acres bounded by River Road on the west, Ft Pierce wash on the east, Ft Pierce industrial park to the south, and Dixie Power to the north.

 

B.   Zone Change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) and OS (Open Space) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 4.3 acres located along the west side of River Road at approximately 1450 South.   

 

C. Zone Change from PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on approximately 0.50 acres located along the east side of River Road at approximately 1450 South.

 

D.  Zone Change from PD-R (Planned Development Residential) and M-1 (Industrial) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on 4.23 acres located at approximately 3500 South River Road.

 

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
