PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the City of St. George Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:

 

  1. General Plan Amendment from PF (Public Facility) to LDR (Low Density Residential) on approximately 17 acres located at approximately 2710 East Crimson Ridge Drive.

 

  1. Zone Change from A-1 (Agriculture) and A-20 (Agriculture) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. f.t minimum lot size) on approximately 17.097 acres located at approximately 2710 East Crimson Ridge Drive.

 

  1. Zone Change from PD-R (Planned Development Residential) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 1.61 acres located at 3143 South 840 East.

 

  1. Zone Change from OS (Open Space) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on approximately 5.27 acres located at approximately 1400 West 3650 South.

 

  1. Zone Change Amendment in the Atkinville Area Zone to develop a new building on approximately 10.1 acres located at the intersection of I-15 and the Southern Parkway.

 

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
