PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the City of St. George Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:

 

  1. General Plan Amendment from MDR (Medium Density Residential) to MHDR (Medium High Density Residential) on approximately 6.5 acres and to COM (Commercial) on approximately 4.7 acres located at approximately 1871 W Canyon View Drive.

 

  1. Zone Change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. f.t minimum lot size) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 1.2 acres located between Riverside Drive and the Virgin River and south of 2450 East.

 

  1. Zone Change from OS (Open Space) to C-2 (Highway Commercial) on approximately 7.2 acres located along the east side of the I-15 freeway and north of the existing electrical substation.

 

  1. Zone Change Amendment in the Desert Canyons Planned Development Zone to develop a detached multifamily project on 28.72 acres located at the intersection of Desert Canyons Parkway and Rim Runner Drive between Desert Canyons Parkway and the Southern Parkway.

 

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
