PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 5:30 PM to consider the following:

 

A.      General Plan Amendment from OS (Open Space) to COM (Commercial) on approximately 7.2 acres located east of I-15 at approximately 3150 South.

 

A.     B. Zone change from OS (Open Space) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on 2.44 acres located along the west side of 120 East Street, between 2680 South and Brigham Road.

 

C.      Zone change from M&G (Mining and Grazing) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on 8.06 acres located at approximately 1400 West Curly Hollow Drive.

 

D.      Ordinance adopting all laws that affect the cost of development, as land use regulations, including portions of Title 4, Title 7, and Title 8, and all of Titles 9, and 11.

 

E.       Public Easement Vacation.  Consider approval to vacate a public utility and drainage easement located between Lots 304 & 305 of Red Cliffs Park East Phase 3 Subdivision. 

 

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
