Public Hearing



PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 5:30 PM to consider the following:

 

A.      Consider a zone change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 s.f. lot size) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on .50 acres.  The property is generally located at 1650 North Dixie Downs Road.

 

B.      Consider a planned development zone amendment to the Fossil Hills planned development.  The proposed amendment would consist of 96 town home units on approximately 16.06 acres located at approximately 1420 E River Road.

 

C.      Consider a zone change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 11.76 acres to accommodate a multiple family development project consisting of thirteen (13) dwelling structures which includes 244 apartment units, a clubhouse, two pavilions, and covered garage structures. The project is “Grayhawk Apartments at River’s Edge.” The property is located between Riverside Drive and the Virgin River and runs from 2200 East to 2450 East (approximately 501 South 2200 East).

 

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
