Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

10. AMENDMENTS TO CITY CODE, ZONING REGULATIONS

Consider a request to amend Title 10, (Chapter 10, Section 4), (Chapter 10, Section 1A), and (Chapter 2, Section 1) of the St. George City Code to address maximum square footage size of commercial buildings within the C-1 zones, rename the C-1 zone, and provide adequate definitions for language used within the proposed provisions.
