Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

9. AMENDMENT TO ZONING REGULATIONS

Consider a request to amend the St. George City Code, Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 19 Off Street Parking Requirements (Section 10-19-1) to allow existing buildings within the Historic District to change the use to restaurant use even though the building may be non-conforming as to parking.
