Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

Amend the existing Stonebridge PD Planned Development zone to include an additional 2.133 acres of property recently annexed into the City of St. George to be part of the Wailea Falls Community at Stonebridge and amend the preliminary plat layout and building elevations previously approved for the Sienna Park Condominiums at Stonebridge located at Country Lane and Stonebridge Drive. 5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
