Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, February 24, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

Consider a request for a final plat for Sandstone Village Commercial Subdivision with 3 lots located at 42 South River Road. Brett Hastings, applicant. Case No. 2004-FP-011

2. PRELIMINARY PLAT

Consider a request for a preliminary plat for Riverside Heights Phases G & H with 57 single-family lots located at Riverside Drive and 2900 East. James Stephenson, applicant. Case No. 2004-PP-004

3. PUBLIC TRANSIT SHELTER
