Notice is hereby given that the City of St. George Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at 5:00 PM to consider the following requests:

Consider a zone change amendment to amend the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone on approximately 12.50 acres to add Building 375 to Pine View Plaza commercial center. The property is generally located along Red Cliffs Drive.

Consider a zone change from R-3 (Multiple Family) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) for phase 2 of the Joshuas and amending the existing PD-R for phase 3 on approximately 16.78 acres. The proposal is to consider a 20 unit townhouse and 44 single family patio houses for Phase 3, as well as, allow short term rentals for proposed and existing units. Short term rentals will only be permitted in demonstration of compliance with Section 10-14-22.D of the City Zoning Ordinance. The properties are located along Tonaquint Drive North of Southgate Golf Course.

Consider a zone change from R-4 (Multiple-Family) and R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to C-3 on approximately 0.17 acres (General Commercial) and OS (Open Space) on approximately 4.5 acres. The property is generally located South of 476 East Riverside, behind the existing commercial building.

Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting.
