OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH

Public Notice

Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, May 19, 2016 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

2. BID OPENINGS

A. Consider approval of an engineering services agreement with Rosenberg Associates for the old airport south access road project.

3. PUBLIC HEARINGS

A. Public hearing to consider vacating a portion of 250 North Street between Main Street and 100 East Street. Matt Glendenning, applicant.
B. Public hearing to consider amending the Entrada Planned Development Residential zone by approving seventy-eight (78) short term rentals for the Inn of Entrada and Shinava Ridge. Bruce Jenkins, applicant.
C. Public hearing to consider rezoning approximately 10.12 acres located off Bloomington Drive and generally westerly of the Virgin River from Open Space to Residential (R-1-10). SR Bloomington LC, applicant.
