Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, March 17, 2016 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

C. Public hearing to consider a zone change amendment to amend the Planned Development Commercial zone on approximately 1.5 acres generally located at the northwest corner of River Road South and 1450 South Street to develop a Rite Aid Pharmacy and to approve a Master Sign Plan for a single tenant. D. Public hearing to consider an amendment to the Hidden Valley Master Plan by changing the zone from Planned Development Residential to Planned Development Commercial for a 4.77 acre commercial neighborhood development at the corner of Brigham Road and Desert Hills Drive.
