NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH
Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, July 10, 2014 commencing at 5:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

A. Public hearing to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, the Impact Fee Analyses and the Impact Fee Ordinance.
A. Consider approval of an ordinance amending the final plat for the Crown Point Amended to merge lots 6 and 7 into one lot. Keri & Lawrence Rodriguez, applicants.
B. Consider approval of an ordinance adopting amended and updated Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses for Culinary Water, Local & Regional Wastewater, Storm Drain, Transportation, Parks & Recreation, Power, Fire/EMS, and Police; adopting amended and updated impact fees for said facilities; establishing certain policies related to impact fees; establishing service areas; and/or other related matters.

A. Report from the Planning Commission meeting held June 24, 2014.
B. Consider approval of final plat for Villa Highlands at Hidden Valley Phase 1, a 15 lot residential subdivision located at approximately Athens Drive and Rome Drive.
C. Discuss and issue a decision on the appeal of Mike’s Smoke, Cigar & Gifts 2nd business license revocation.
D. Consider approval to update the utility billing policy number 10.87.
E. Consider approval of a Cooperative Agreement with UDOT Division of Aeronautics for FAA Grant 03-49-0060-024 to facilitate the next LOI payment of $11,000,000.
E. Appointments to boards and commissions of the City.
