I was born in Cedar City, Utah and shortly after my family relocated to St. George. I had the best childhood growing up in St. George. The history, heritage and community spirit helped shape my life. My earliest memories of St. George included sitting in the Sunbowl watching either Dixie High School or Dixie College play football or the Lion's Dixie Roundup. Within those four or five blocks we had it all, the swimming pool, park, baseball fields, bowling alley, schools, shaved ice and the smell of the Boots Cox Dairy. Community service was behind every event, we all had the opportunity to serve our neighbors and city.
My husband Milton Larsen and I formerly owned Larsen’s Frostop (sold in 2002) . We currently own other small businesses and Milt operates them. I am a real estate professional. We are the parents of five children and recently became grandparents to two adorable grandsons. We enjoy being involved in the cattle industry and have a small herd. I appreciate the work ethic and values it has taught our children.
