Shadow Mountain Park

Shadow Mountain Park may go unnoticed because most of it cannot be seen from the street. This 4.4-acre neighborhood park's hidden features include a covered pavilion, restroom facilities, a children's playground with swings, a sand volleyball court, a lighted basketball court, an asphalt loop trail, and a wide expanse of grass area for frisbee and informal soccer. There is also a large trellis pavilion with picnic tables adjacent to the playground. At the west end of the park is a secluded pond surrounded by a variety of evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs.
