Registration Information:
     Triathletes can pick one of five races to compete in: Adult Individual Sprint, Adult Sprint Relay, Adult Beginner, Kids Sprint, and Kids Beginner. Kids can compete in the adult races to be eligible to receive an award.
     There will be a relay option for the Adult Sprint division only, with categories for Open Men, Open Women, and Mixed. A relay can consist of up to 3 athletes, each completing one of the disciplines (swim, bike, run). To register a team, one person will be the designated team captain and will register and pay the team entry fee. Upon successful registration, the captain will get a link to invite the other team members, who will also enter their contact information to complete the team registration.

Packet Pickup Information: Packet Pickup will be available on Friday, April 11th, 2025 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC) located at 1140 N 2400 W, St. George, UT 84770

Starting Line Information:
Location: The Swimming Pool at Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (1140 N 2400 W, St. George, UT 84770)
Start Times:
     -   Adult Sprint & Relay: 8:00AM (waves we begin every 30 minutes, with the Elite wave first)
     -   Adult Beginner: 11:00AM
     -   Kids Sprint & Beginner: 12:00PM
     *Parking will be available at Snow Canyon Middle School and Snow Canyon High School located at 1215 Lava Flow Dr. St. George, UT 84770 on race day

Course information: 
Swim Course: The swim will be in the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC) indoor pool. The swim will take place in heats of approximately 20 racers. There will be two people in each full-sized lane. The pool temperature will be between 81 - 84 degrees. Lap counters will be present to help you keep track of your swim distance.
     -   Adult Sprint and Relay: 16 Lengths (400m)
     -   Adult Beginner: 8 Lengths (200m)
     -   Kids Sprint: 4 Lengths (100m)
     -   Kids Beginner: 2 Lengths (50m)
Bike Course: Adult Sprint, Relay, and Beginner riders will leave the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC) and take a right onto Warrior Way (2400 West). They will turn right onto Pioneer Parkway (2000 N) before turning right again on Tuweap Drive. Riders will take Tuweap Drive to Sunset Blvd, go right again and ride back to the SHAC Warrior Way. Kids Sprint and Beginner riders will complete an out and back on Warrior Way. Riders must have their helmet strapped before entering the mount area. Earbuds or headphones may not be worn at any time while on the bike.
     -   Adult Sprint and Relay: 4 loops (12 miles)
     -   Adult Beginner: 2 loops (6 miles)
     -   Kids Sprint: 2 miles
     -   Kids Beginner: 1 mile
Run Course: The running course is an out-and-back 1 1/2 mile loop for adult Sprint, Relay, and Beginner runners. Runners will follow the bike path North of the pool and East of Warrior Way. There will be aid stations at the transition area and the turn-around. Kids Sprint and Beginner runner will complete a shorter out-and-back run on the same pathway. One earbud may be worn during the run. 
     -   Adult Sprint and Relay: 2 loops (3 miles)
     -   Adult Beginner: 1 loop (1.5 miles)
     -   Kids Sprint: 3/4 mile
     -   Kids Beginner: 1/2 mile 

Awards and Medals: All finishers receive a finisher medal! The Individual Sprint race will have awards in each age division set in 10-year age gaps. The Sprint Relay race will have awards for the top three finishers in each of the categories (Open Men, Open Women, and Mixed).
