GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the Water & Energy Services Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public meeting at the City of St. George Water and Energy Administration building located at 811 East Red Hills Parkway on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 commencing at 2:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. SUNSMART RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY A SunSmart Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. at 3780 South 1550 West, St. George, UT. Regular meeting will resume immediately following ceremony at 811 East Red Hills Parkway, St. George. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting held October 8, 2008. 3. REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Financials through October and November will be reviewed for Water and Energy Services. 4. STAFF REPORTS A. Energy Resources update – summer gas purchases etc. B. Brief Project updates by Water and Energy Department staff. 5. NEW BUSINESS REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS The City of St. George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
