Find file quicktime.exe and install) In this room, you will see several instruments against the back wall. These instruments are called turbidimeters. They are used to measure the cloudiness of the water which tells us how clean the water is at that time. The turbidimeter shine light into the water and the particles in the water reflect that light back into a photocell. The amount of reflected light picked up by the photo cell indicates the cloudiness of the water.
