Traffic & Transportation Information Exchange

Introduction from the Mayor and City Council
Welcome to the Traffic & Transportation Information Exchange site. We are pleased to offer this service to our community in an effort to improve two-way communication regarding traffic and transportation issues.

As the St. George area continues to grow, more and more demand is placed upon the existing transportation system. This system not only includes roadways, but incorporates bridges, traffic signals, trails, bike paths, and public transit (SunTran) as well. With continued growth comes the need for additional and improved transportation facilities in order to provide safe and convenient travel options and maintain our quality of life.

St. George City is working collaboratively with our neighboring cities of Santa Clara, Ivins, Washington and Hurricane, Washington County, Dixie MPO, and the Utah Department of Transportation to provide the information on this site for you.

We are actively involved in numerous studies and projects to address current and future mobility needs. This is not an easy task and we can not do it alone. Citizen involvement is critical in developing plans that reflect the needs and desires of our community. We encourage you to study the information on this site, explore the links as your interest directs and provide feedback and questions to us.

Respectfully,

The Mayor and City Council
