Suntran Fares & General Information Hours and Holidays SunTran buses run Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The buses do not run on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Paying Your Fare Your can pay your fare in cash or with one of our convenient pre-paid passes. Cash Fares You can pay your fare in cash by simply dropping the exact change in the farebox. Drivers cannot make change. No expiration date.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $18.00 Where to Buy Your Pass SunTran Office, City Hall, K-Mart, Dixie State College Bookstore, Smith’s, Harmons, Deseret Industries', and Lin’s Marketplace. One-Day Passes can be bought on the bus. Transferring Between Routes If you need to use more than one route to complete your trip, simply ask your bus operator for a free transfer. Transfers can be used only to board a connecting bus. Services for Persons with Disabilities All SunTran buses are wheelchair accessible. Persons with disabilities, whether physical or cognitive, may ride the fixed-route service if they are able to get to and from the bus stops. Individuals who are ADA eligible and are unable to get to and from the bus stops may schedule rides on our special curb-to-curb service by calling 24 hours in advance. This special service costs $2.00 per person per ride. This service will be provided to locations that are within 3/4 mile of a fixed-route stop.
