WELCOME BANQUET TICKETS:
Banquet tickets can be pre-purchased using Visa or Mastercard by calling the City of St. George Recreation Department at (435)627-4560. The banquet ticket price for pre-sales is $25, tickets at the door are $35 upon availability (as stated in the team hand book). The dress will be “dressy casual”.HOST HOTELS

TRANSPORTATION
Teams will be responsible to book their own transportation.
St. George, UT is located 119 miles northeast of Las Vegas. Teams may choose to fly into either the St. George, UT airport or the Las Vegas, NV airport. Be sure to book appropriate transportation corresponding to which airport you choose.
NJCAA Representatives will be supplied with a rental car.

CAR RENTAL - LAS VEGAS
Teams flying into McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas can use the following services. Dedicated McCarran Rent-A-Car Center shuttles depart approximately every five minutes to the new McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. Exit door 10 or 11. Facilities |
The Canyons Complex |
Parking |
Parking is available adjacent to the Canyons Complex on snow Canyon Parkway. All parking is free of charge. |
Program |
A tournament program will be available for purchase on-site for $6.00 each. |
Photos |
Action photos will be available for purchase on site from photographer to be selected by 4/15/09. |
Concessions |
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Concession will be available at the game
sites. Coolers will not be allowed inside the ball park. Please inform your parents, friends
and fans of the concession rules. (Teams can bring their own water - however water will
be provided in each dugout.) |
Complex Rules |
No pets or coolers (food). |
Restrooms |
Facilities are available on-site. |
Locker Rooms |
There will not be locker room facilities at the Canyons Complex. |
Hospitality |
Hospitality will be provided for coaches and VIP's throughout the tournament. A scouting packet with tickets to the hospitality suite will also be available for purchase by visiting coaches at a cost of $49.00, which includes admission to all three days of the tournament and entrance to the hospitality suite. |
First Aid |
First Aid will be available at the park for all participants and spectators. Even though all team athletes are covered by Bollinger Insurance if injury is sustained during a game, it is advisable for all visitors/teams/athletes to have personal insurance and to bring that information with them. |
