A media credentials pass will be required for entry into The Canyons. All approved media will be issued a credentials pass for entry into the tournament, upon receipt of an approved Media Accreditation Request. Approved media credentials passes can be picked up at the Ticket Will-Call Booth at the Spectator Entrance to The Canyons. Media Accreditation Requests (including radio) may be forwarded to the tournament Sports Information Director
There will be a designated area in the stands for accredited media in addition to the Media Center, which will have power and access to a phone connection for local calls or dial-up service. Use of Wi-Fi technology is the preferred communication method. Landline access is limited.
A hospitality pass will be available to all media for $49.00, which provides unlimited access to the hospitality suite for all three days of the tournament. The deadline for purchasing the pass is May 10, 2012.
There will be a dedicated debriefing area for selected Coach/Athletes to be interviewed by the media.
