Class Descriptions

Cycle Power
This class incorporates 35 minutes of spin along with 35 minutes of upper and abdominal strength workouts. During this 70–minute workout, participants will pedal through intervals, travel up and down imaginary hills and valleys and also complete a full body workout by strengthening their upper and abdominal muscles. (Aerobic Room)

Cycling 101
This one hour cycling class creates a stronger cardiovascular system and burns twice as many calories as a regular aerobic class. No experience is necessary but the instructor will motivate you to give it your all. The class revolves around various cycling profiles including higher intensity training. Work at your own level and enjoy the energy of the up-beat music and fellow cyclists. (Aerobic Room)

Forever Fit (Physical) Forever Fit- Combine cardio and muscle toning into a fun workout by learning how to increase your muscle strength, flexibility daily functional skills. This multi-level class is designed around a variety of equipment including elastic tubing, exercise balls, folding chairs, free weights and weight machines. This class is ideal for older adults that are looking to get into shape or wanting to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle regardless to his/her fitness ability. (Aerobic Room)

Kick Box Circuit
Challenge yourself with cardio/strength training circuit workout. The cardio workout features elements of kick boxing and is a total body conditioning. (Aerobic Room)

Pilates
A total body workout that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing in order to build strength evenly throughout the body. This class enhances muscular balance and improves posture, which reduces risk of injury in everyday activities. (Aerobic Room)

Step & Flex
This high energy class is designed to give your body to the best of both worlds: a cardio-inverval step class to increase cardiovascular fitness and endurance merged with a fat-burning strength conditioning using resistance tubing and free weights for an overall intense total body workout. (Aerobic Room)

Strengthen & Lengthen
Increase your strengthen and range of motion with this 1-hour workout. A variety of equipment will be utilized to continue challenging your muscles and increasing your flexibility. More strength results in higher metabolism and more length results in fewer injuries. (Aerobic Room)

Yoga
This class is based on an ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques. Yoga is also beneficial for better circulation and an overall sense of well being. Come enjoy and relax! (Aerobic Room)

Zumba
Dance group exercise is back! Zumba is a dance-aerobics workout that uses footwork and body movements from flamenco and other dances with Latin flair and rhythms. This cardio-based workout is designed as a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness class for all ages and levels to enjoy. Zumba features sculpting exercises to tone the entire body. No experience is necessary to enjoy Zumba. (Aerobic Room)
