Lake To Lake Team relay - Event # 1

Registration Information:	Pre-registration is accepted until Friday, February 22nd. Late registration accepted until Wednesday, Feb. 27th at noon with an additional $25 late fee. NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION

Where:	Gunlock Reservoir, Sand Hollow State Park

Fee:	$200 per team (Up to 5); $150 per 2 person team; $100 for Ultra

Distance:	50 Miles

Description:	ROUTES ARE POSTED BELOW! Course: A 50-mile team relay from Gunlock Reservoir to Sand Hollow Reservoir. The running route will take runners through scenic landscapes of Southern Utah along city trail systems and back roads. Teams: Teams will consist of 5 people (Open Men, Open Women and Mixed) with each individual completing a minimum of two legs (roughly 5 miles each) of the relay. For the mixed division you need at least 2 women on your team. Included is the Ultra and 2-person team division! Post relay events will consist of a full banquet at the Dixie Center at 7 pm on Saturday Night. This will include an amazing pasta dinner, an awards ceremony, slideshow, and a drawing you DON'T WANT TO MISS! Additional Banquet tickets are available for purchase from the St. George Recreation Center or at the captains meeting. Prices are as follows: $12 for children (6-18yrs) and $15 for adults (19 & up). Kids 5 and under are free. Tickets can also be purchased at the Captains' Meeting, which is the LAST DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS! If seats are available, you may purchase tickets at the door. Captains' Meeting: 8:30pm - 9:00pm on Friday March 1st at the St. George Recreation Center, 285 S. 400 E. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, CAPTAINS ONLY! Frequently Asked Questions:

Are ipods or MP3 players allowed on the course?
They are discouraged because the course is an open course at parts, but they are allowed. Just BE CAREFUL!!

Can I bring my baby stroller out on the course?
Not for this race. Bring the kids in the support car or to the banquet afterward.

Will clothing retrieval be provided?
Clothing retrieval will be provided for the first leg only. It will be available for pickup at the second leg.

Can I have a team of fewer than 5 runners?
YES. You may have teams of up to 5 runners but can certainly have fewer than 5 if you�d like.

What type of shirt will we be getting?
Shirts will likely be short sleeve A4 Tech shirts. Mens, womens and youth sizes are available. This is subject to change based on availability.
