Lawn Bowling is a gentle social game. Similar to Bocce Ball players bowl down a green and try to get as close to the "Jack" as possible. The teams with the balls closest to the "Jack" win the points for the round. A minimum of four players are required for us to set up the greens during our Lawn bowling time. Equipment:

The St. George Recreation Center has three lawn bowling greens that extend the entire length of the main gym.

The St. George Lawn Bowls Club has bowls, Score Boards, Jacks and Pads. If lawn bowling for the first time then no personal equipment is necessary.
