Dance group exercise is back! Zumba is a dance-aerobics workout that uses footwork and body movements from flamenco and other dances with Latin flair and rhythms. This cardio-based workout is designed as a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness class for all ages and levels to enjoy. Zumba features sculpting exercises to tone the entire body. No experience is necessary to enjoy Zumba. (Aerobic Room)
