NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
Two copies of the sealed bid will be received by the City of St. George (Attn: Sue Swensen) at its offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah 84770, until 2:00 p.m. on March 8, 2005 for the furnishing of Fiber Optic Overhead Ground Wire for St. George City Energy Services ( Owner ). City Bid No. 05-1812.
One copy of the bid shall be sent to Les Bell at: ICPE, 1145 East South Union Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047.
Bids will be publicly opened on the date and at the time listed above.
Owner shall enter into only one contract for the Fiber Optic Overhead Ground Wire for the Millcreek 138 kV Transmission Line.
Instructions, specifications and proposal blanks will be on file in the office of Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc., ( Engineer ) 1145 East South Union Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding.
