Landscape Architects and Design Firms
The City of St. George is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform design services for the following project:
St. George Town Square
City of St. George, Utah
Inquiry # 05-1793
This project involves the comprehensive design of an urban plaza or new ‘Town Square’ located in the historic area of downtown St. George. The project area consists of an entire city block that is anchored on each corner by three historic buildings and a new Washington County Library. The Town Square will be the terminus of what is called the ‘Historic Water-Walk on Main Street’, and will be a gathering spot for many of the City’s venues such as the Arts Festival and First Night. The projected design and construction budget for this project is approximately $3,000,000.
The City would like to invite those firms interested, to submit a portfolio of qualifications and resumes emphasizing work in the areas of Urban Design, Town Squares, Parks, Plazas, Water Features, and Urban Planning to:
