All bid documents will be plainly marked with INQUIRY NO: 04-1775 on the outside of the sealed envelope. Envelopes are to be addressed - Attn: Purchasing. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. RUN: October 3, 6 Final Bid Information   Awarded to Overland Petroleum for a one-year period with option to renew yearly for up to three years. Guestimated amount for the year is $803,745.00.
