Proposers,
Addendum No.1 has been issued for the above reference RFP (see attached). This addendum replaces the original RFP issued on Feb. 2, 2009. The changes were minor but appeared on most of the pages, so a revised RFP has been issued. One example is the City of St. George changed to the City.
Most importantly, the insurance paragraphs in the RFP and the lease agreement have been modified. Please see page 7, Paragraph F. Insurance and page 24, Article VI - Paragraph 6.1 Insurance and Indemnification, for these changes.
There is a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Tour which will be held on February 18, 2009 at 2:00PM. The location of the meeting is listed below:
Dixie Center - St. George Convention Facility
Room SunBrook C
1835 S. Convention Center Drive
St. George, UT.
The Site Tour will follow the meeting and will last about an hour. Each proposer will need to provide their own Transportation. If you questions please contact Kristi Barker at 435-634-5822
Regards,
Jim Bob, AIA
