Sgt. Hartman began his law enforcement career working for the Iron County jail in 1995. In 1997 he went to work for the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. He has been with the St. George Police Department since January of 1999. He has worked as a patrol officer, bike patrol officer, gang detective, and Patrol Sergeant. He is currently the Sergeant over the school resource program and the Millcreek High resource officer. He is a defensive tactics instructor; swat team member, and assistant team leader. |

Officer Dunbar has been with the St George Police Department for 3 years.
Prior to joining the St George Police Department Ofc Dunbar served in the US Marine Corps Reserves for 8 years. Ofc Dunbar is a Defensive Tactics Instructor for the Police Department, and has recently been selected as a new member of the SWAT team. Ofc Dunbar also is currently assigned as a School Resource Officer for Snow Canyon Middle school.

Officer Schimbeck has been with St. George Police Department since October of 2000. He has worked as a patrol officer, field training officer, and is currently serving as a school resource Officer. Det.
Schimbeck has been able to attend FBI and ATF and explosive training and serves as a member on the hazardous device team or Bomb Squad as a bomb technician. He is also a Haz-mat technician and serves on the southern Utah regional haz-mat team.

Officer Goulding has worked with the St George Police Department since 2004. He worked patrol where he was part of the field training program. Rick is currently working on the bicycle patrol. He is also a Sniper on the SWAT team and a fitness instructor. |

Officer David Bithell has been a Police Officer since 1997. He started for the Hurricane Police Department working as a reserve and was hired full time in May 1998. In August of 2000 he was hired by the St. George Police Department where he currently serves as a School Resource Officer. Officer Bithell is also a member of the Bomb Squad and Hazmat teams. |

Officer Lovell has been on the St. George police department since 2004. Officer Lovell spent most of the time on patrol where he worked on the area 5/7 Cat team. He is currently assigned to the bike patrol. |

Police Officer Level 3 Troy Tait

Officer Tait was hired by the St. George City Police Department in April 1984. Tait worked on the street in Patrol and spent 10 years on the Departments SWAT team. Tait has also worked in the Investigations Division as a Detective and is currently part of the Special Enforcement Division working as a School Recourse Officer. Tait has been a State Certified Firearms Instructor since 1986 and assists in the training of both new and veteran Officers. |

Ofc. Choli Ence started in law enforcement in 2004. Her current assignment is in Special Enforcement as a bike patrol officer. She is currently a firearms instructor, accident investigations team member, and a police training officer. |

Have been on the traffic unit, investigations, Gang and Drug task force, and my current assignment is with the School Resource program which I have been in for 3 years. I have a PTO for several years. I am also a accident re-constructionist,(10 years) and a Emergency vehicle Operations Instructor for the last 6 years. |

Officer Orr has been with the St. George Police Department since October
1996. Officer Orr is currently a Detective in the Special Enforcement Division
and is assigned to Pine View High School.
Officer Orr has worked in Patrol, has been a Field Training Officer and has
worked in the Drug Court program. He was one of the departments first
two Motorcycle Officers. Officer Orr is currently an instructor for Emergency
Vehicle Operation.
